Before the remodeling, the house was just a small garage with three rooms on three upper floors. Gérard Faivre of Luxury Properties Provence studied the potential of the building and tripled its surface from 60 to 180 square meters.

The clever transformation of the garage allowed him to build a central pool and transform the yard into the Roman patio. Surrouded by a cloister lined with columns, the little pool, the only one in Saint Rémy de Provence historical center, is a source of pride to the owners of this home.
